RETURN POLICY
I hope you love your outfit but should any item fail to meet your expectations, we shall gladly take it back for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. If you return the dress for a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fees are 20% of the price of the dress. If you return the dress for an exchange you should add in the box a check for $15(domestic) or $35(international) payable to Promgirl Inc. to cover the exchange expenses.
Please call our toll free number, 1-877-900-PROM or email us at sales@promgirl.net within 3 (THREE) days of delivery, to advise us of your intentions and we will issue a return authorization number. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period and the package must be post-marked. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back.
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of prom dresses without this return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Special orders are not returnable and not exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock. (This includes Mother of the Bride gowns)
Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable. If you request to exchange a dress for another size the second dress is NOT returnable. Invisible Bras, Increasers, Shoes and Jewelry are also NOT returnable.
