Q. How do I choose my size?
We have included size charts throughout the site to help you in choosing the best size. Underneath each dress there is a tab that is labeled 'Size Chart'. When you click on this tab you will see the designer's size chart as well as measuring instructions. If your measurements fall in-between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size, and have a seamstress in your area alter it according to your specific body measurements.Q.Do you have any locations where I can try on a dress?

A. Yes! Just call 877-900-7766. We are happy to take your order by phone. Our warehouse is open and ready to ship.
Q.What happens when I place an order online?
A.If you provide a valid e-mail address during the registration process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after you make a purchase. This email will confirm your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card.
Q.How do I track my order?
A.You will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment at the time of shipment. You can track the package at www.ups.com for UPS packages and at www.usps.com for Express mail packages. Please email or call toll free if you have not received the tracking number for your package within 48 hours of placing your order.Q. How do I return an item?
A. You can request a Return Authorization Number (RA) via email at email@example.com or by calling us at 877-900-7766. When calling please have your order number ready.
For emails, please include your Full Name as it appears on the invoice and your order number.
Once approved, a return authorization number will be emailed to you.
Please include the invoice which accompanies the dress when shipped to you or write on a piece of paper your full name, order number, returned item/s style number, color, size and Return Authorization Number clearly. Please clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE OF THE BOX
We will credit your card the cost of the dress minus restocking fees upon its receipt to our warehouse. Please refer to the return policy to calculate your reimbursement for the returned dress.
Q. Why are your dresses so inexpensive?
A. Because we are an online store only, our overhead is low. These are the same style dresses you find in your local stores coming directly from the designer/manufacturer.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of the time, the dress you select will be available within 24 hours (In Stock / not including weekends). How quickly you receive your order also depends on the shipping method that you select at the time of purchase as well as your destination. We will advise you if the dress is not in stock and the delivery date for any back up orders.
